Arrowsmith was engaged by an insurer to assist with the remediation of an industrial building after a weekend incident damaged the two-storey curtain wall to the offices beyond repair.
Arrowsmith was tasked to temporarily secure the building and develop a remedial strategy. The result was a complete removal and replacement of the curtain wall system while the building was occupied. Arrowsmith tendered for the project and was awarded the contract.
The company fabricated the curtain wall system and completed the removal, installation, and making good internally in a little over a week. Despite the ongoing construction activities, the tenant was able to operate their business without loss of revenue. The project was completed within the agreed timeframe and budget, with minimal disruption to the tenant's operations.
